Responsibilities:

• 
  To manage the daily projects’ activities and project team;
• 
  To ensure there is proper project management work flow in terms of resource and budget planning;
• 
  Good communications skill to liaise with customers, consultants, workers and sub-contractors;
• 
  Good documentation skill;
• 
  Ability to control project budget and meet project schedule;
• 
  Ensure quality workmanship for customers;
• 
  Able to multi task and work under pressure;
• 
  Ability to take up new assignments.

Requirements:

• 
  Diploma or Degree in Engineering;
• 
  NITEC graduates who have relevant experience are welcome to apply;
• 
  Minimum two years project management experience in Structured Cabling Systems or Low Voltage Systems;
• 
  Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Visio, MS Project;
• 
  Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin and dialect(s)(to liaise with associates);
• 
  Resourceful and meticulous;
• 
  Independent individual with positive attitude;
• 
  Able to work independently as well as with others;
• 
  Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
• 
  Preferably possess own vehicle;
• 
  Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
