Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute solar system projects from design to completion. * Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments. * Prepare engineering drawings, project specifications, and documentation. * Oversee installation works, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular reports to management. * Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure adherence to quality standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety requirements. * Provide technical support during testing, commissioning, and handover phases.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering, or equivalent. * Strong project management and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and interpersonal abilities. * Able to work independently and in teams, with a hands-on approach. * Willing to travel to project sites when required.
