The Project Execution team are at the heart of our organization, meeting and exceeding customer expectations while helping to build a sustainable and profitable future. You will lead Transformer installation projects within the Transformers Business Unit in Hitachi Energy Singapore. Reporting to Operations Manager you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project. Your responsibilities

• Leading the Site team with clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.
• Managing all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all technical, safety,
• quality and financial targets are met.
• Overseeing the development of project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule, and risk
• management.
• Monitoring each stage of project implementation to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency,
• risk management and health, safety and the environment.
• Identifying, analyzing and addressing project risks, with the regular sharing of lessons learned.
• Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensures that materials and components to feed Service delivery are provided optimizing cost, stock and timing.
• Operational excellence Drives continuous service productivity improvement activities in the assigned Service
• team in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team. Utilizes efficient tools .
• Health, safety and integrity Ensures compliance with Group health, safety and environmental directives, and
• ensures instructions and regulations are implemented well within the team (including subcontractors), while
• monitoring and reporting progress and results. Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements actions to
• ensure people and equipment safety.
• Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, resourced and supervised. Ensures all Field Service
• team members are certified in line with global certification and local regulations. Reviews competence levels to
• ensure each Service personnel (including subcontractors) is appropriately qualified to handle jobs assigned to
• them.

Your background

• Experience in Site Execution with Electrical degree
• More than 5 years of experience in Site execution, working as Site engineer with technical knowledge
• Demonstrated experience in project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.
• Sound knowledge of execution
• BCSS or CSOC required and valid in Singapore.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
