Oversees the planning, design and construction stages of the development for new projects;
Make sure that the intent in the design is carried out in the implementation of the project;
Assures that the project is ready for turnover to property management and leasing services;
Must have at least one (1) to two (2) years supervisory experience;
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer;
Preferably with three (3) to five (5) years construction in real estate;
Willing to be assigned in Makati;
