Key Responsibilities:
Support Global Engineering CAPEX projects, overseeing daily construction activities while ensuring the completion, safety and quality of all project follow-up actions
Lead and coordinate local site CAPEX projects, from scope defining, budgeting, planning, funding request, to execution and commissioning etc
Identify and execute loss elimination of the existing processes
Ensure equipment and supporting system readiness for production
Continuously develop technical mastery in the team to work independently

Skills and experience we need from you:
Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electronic or Automation Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in processing manufacturing environment and industrial/construction project
Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively within the Manufacturing environment
Knowledge in Manufacturing Safety (to be able to identify safety defects and coach others)
