Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and production.
Designing and reviewing mechanical layouts for machinery setup.
Ensuring that the machinery meets the technical specifications and standards required by the hydraulic manufacturer.
Conducting risk assessments and troubleshooting technical issues during installation.
Leading the installation and commissioning of machinery at the hydraulic manufacturing facility.
Ensuring that all components are correctly installed and fully operational.
Conducting tests to verify that the machinery meets performance criteria.
Serving as the primary point of contact between the company and the hydraulic manufacturer.
Providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
Offering technical support and training to the manufacturer\'s staff on the new machinery.
Ensuring that all machinery is installed according to industry standards and regulations.
Conducting quality inspections throughout the setup process.
Preparing and maintaining documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
Providing ongoing technical support and maintenance services after the machinery is operational.
Monitoring the performance of the installed equipment and making necessary adjustments or improvements.
Coordinating with the client for any future upgrades or expansions.
