- Perform site survey with customer and contractor for in-building sites
- Designing network distribution (using IBWave preferred), compile site survey report for submission
- Supporting radio network planning & optimization projects for in-building and outdoor scenarios
- Performing drive/walk test including post processing and analysis (using NEMO, TEMS, etc)
- Performing RF optimization for 4G/5G sites and performance monitoring.
- Solving RF related problems, troubleshooting and identifying root cause for performance issues
- Being the technical point of contact with project stakeholders, vendors and customer
- Tertiary education qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field
- Minimum 2 years of RF planning & optimization experience in LTE mobile network deployment.
- Excellent in the fundamentals of radio access technologies and antenna systems.
- Experience in multi-vendor wireless equipment operation and network optimization.
- Dedicated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well with cross cultural teams.
