Location: Yishun
Salary: Up to $5000
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pmIndustry: ElevatorResponsibilities: * Manage engineering projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Coordinate project activities and resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Monitor project progress and performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, issues, and updates to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project engineering or project management in elevator or lift industry, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Singapore construction industry and regulatory environment.
• Valid Singapore driver\'s license (if applicable).
