This is a work-from-home position that offers flexibility while requiring excellent coordination and project management skills. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity and organizational prowess and has some experience in web UI and understands how things work not technically but just from a normal standpoint.Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:

• - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• - Develop and maintain detailed project plans
• - Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, ensuring a smooth flow of information between all stakeholders via whatsapp or emails.

• Design Skills:

• - Leverage good design skills to contribute to the creative aspects of projects. ( You dont have to be great! as you can learn from us too )
• - Provide input on visual elements, ensuring they align with project goals and client expectations

• Website Project Management:

• -Oversee the development and maintenance of websites, coordinating with web developers and designers. - No coding required as you just need to coordinate on issues if websites have issues like designs or bugs.
• -Conduct quality assurance checks on websites to ensure functionality, usability, and adherence to design standards.
• Client Interaction:

• -Nurture positive client relationships through regular communication and updates.
• -Gather feedback from clients and incorporate it into project revisions as necessary.
• -Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Team Collaboration:

• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing professionals.
• - Facilitate effective communication and coordination between team members to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• - Some experience in project coordination and management
• -Good if you have some design skills and proficiency so you can guide the developer for some issues/ fixing
• -Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
