We are M&E Contractor company looking for HR & Project Admin for our in-house HR function and Projects administrative work. Candidates with Accounts & HR exposure preferred but not a must. Roles And Responsibilities HR Admin Portion
  • Maintain main point of contact for the foreign workers on their requirements.
  • Facilitating daily administrative and HR matters on Foreign Workers.
  • Managing Foreign Workers application/renewal/termination/reparation/tax clearance.
  • Leave and Training arrangement for Foreign Workers. MYE (Man Year Entitlement) administration.
  • Monitor training records and certificate expiry dates for site staff/foreign workers.
Project Admin Portion
  • Assisting with monthly project cash flow updates.
  • Settlement of progress claims, progress payments, and finalize project accounts within stipulated time frame.
  • Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers and tracking of material costing.
  • Actively liaising with stakeholders (customers, vendors, subcontractors, project staff, and etc.)
  • Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders issued, and handle supplier queries.
  • Following up on overdue receivables.
  • Prepare monthly reimbursement claims.
  • Assist Accounts team with required reporting and audit requirements.
  • Assist with upkeep, maintenance, and review of project budgets.
  • Providing administrative support and any ad-hoc requirement to Administrative Team, Accounts Team, Management, and related superior.
Requirements * Min. 1 years working experience in similar position preferred, but not a must.
  • Experience in in-house HR administrative experience from construction industry preferred.
  • Familiar with MOM regulations especially foreign worker related (Entry Approval, Security Bond, etc.)
  • Computer literacy in MS office.
  • Excellent oral, written communication skills, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Work Location: Jurong East, Singapore.

  • Salary shall be commensurate with experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month Benefits:
