As we continue to grow, we're looking for Project Executives -- energetic, organised, IT-savvy individuals who are excited to build a career in the Marketing and Events industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who love solving problems, managing details, working with people, and seeing projects come alive. There are no sales targets, and no street peddling. You will be based in Singapore, with occasional travel when required.

PROJECT EXECUTIVES

As a Project Executive, you play a key role in delivering memorable campaigns and events. You will support the full project lifecycle -- from planning to execution to post-event evaluation -- ensuring service excellence and smooth delivery.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning

Document client requirements and project objectives

Prepare draft project timelines and internal planning documents

Project Delivery

Coordinate and track project milestones

Identify issues early and troubleshoot deviations

Work closely with internal teams and manage external vendors

Ensure all deliverables meet timeline and quality expectations

Client Management

Service assigned accounts and support day-to-day client communication

Understand client needs and translate them into clear project requirements

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Events, Hospitality or related fields Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years' experience in events, exhibitions, or project coordination Tech-savvy and familiar with current trends, social platforms, and Microsoft Office Bilingual (English & Mandarin) to liaise with regional clients and vendors Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and follow-through A problem-solver with good communication skills and a positive attitude Able to work independently and travel when needed
