Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Executive to join our team in North Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the sales, planning, execution, and completion of various projects. The role requires strong time management, risk management, communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills. The Project Executive will collaborate with team members, manage project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sales canvassing, project planning, execution, and monitoring Manage project timelines and deliverables Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Solve problems and address project-related issues Provide administrative support for project documentation and reporting Utilize interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration Deliver presentations to stakeholders and project teams Apply critical thinking to project challenges Support overall project management activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Civil/Strutural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in project management Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking Administrative skills for project documentation and reporting Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Presentation skills for delivering project updates Post-secondary diploma or equivalent qualification Proficiency in project management tools and software Ability to travel in Asian Regions
