Project Executive / Coordinator



Role & Responsibility:



Maintaining project documentation. Communicating the project's progress. Managing the project's budget, resources and timeline. Participate in project design meetings / coordination and propose improvements if necessary. Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions. Plan and manage team goals and new information. Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements



Minimum 1 years' experience in a project coordinator or support role Strong MS Office skills Strong organisation and prioritisation skills Ability to work autonomously with the ability to lead, engage and track initiatives with individuals/teams * Capability to take initiative and independently solve problems
