Project Executive (Interior Fit-Up)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Project Executive

to join our Project Department. This internship provides hands-on experience in

interior fit-up projects

for new outlet openings and renovation works. You will gain practical exposure to project coordination, technical drawings, and compliance with mall management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with

mall management

to submit all required documentation before project commencement and outlet opening. Assist in

project planning, coordination, and monitoring

of fit-up works. Prepare, review, and update

technical drawings

for submission and site execution. Support in developing

3D design visuals

for project proposals and presentations. Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. Assist in

site inspections

, track progress, and report to the Project Manager.

Be available for midnight shifts

when required, as renovation works are only permitted after mall operating hours.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in

Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management

, or related fields.

Able to read and draft technical drawings

(AutoCAD proficiency preferred). Familiar with

3D design software

(e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent). Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with mall management and contractors. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * A proactive team player who is willing to adapt to project timelines, including
