Assist in project billing and invoices related to the team's project
Update project's cost plan and cost report on monthly basis
Prepare progress claim to Client and progress payment response to vendors/contractors.
Prepare purchase order for vendors/contractors
Support all technical due diligence and project initiation
Assist the team during design and tender stage, from prequalification of vendors, RFP issuance, tender evaluation and award
Actively participate during construction and project close out
Perform daily tasks and requirements assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Infrastructure or Building related field of studies
Any related working experience will be advantageous
Personal Attributes: Meticulous, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, taking ownership on the task assigned
