We are seeking a motivated Project Executive to oversee our ongoing and new fire alarm system contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Main Contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring smooth execution of projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day project activities for fire alarm system supply and installations.
Liaise with Main Contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with fire safety codes and standards.
Prepare and update project schedules, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate material orders, delivery, and site logistics with suppliers.
Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.
Requirements:
English and Mandarin communication required.
Experience in fire protection or mechanical and electrical (M&E) contracting is preferred.
