Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW



The

Project Executive plays a vital role in supporting the successful execution of security systems projects, including CCTV, alarm systems, intercoms, access control and related installations. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients to ensure timely project delivery, compliance with regulatory standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Assist Project Managers in planning and managing projects from initiation to closure.

Coordinate and oversee

end-to-end project activities for the installation and servicing of security systems. Work closely with

Sales, Technical, and Admin teams

to ensure smooth project kick-off and timely execution. Assist in

site visits, system planning, and solution design

with the Technical team. Prepare and maintain

project schedules, work orders, site documentation

, and client sign-offs. Liaise with

clients, building management, contractors, and authorities

to manage approvals, access, and technical requirements (e.g., SCDF, BCA, HDB, MCST). Monitor and track

project progress

, ensuring materials, manpower, and equipment are allocated efficiently. Handle

variation orders

, ensure proper documentation, and assist with billing and invoicing support. Attend and document

site meetings, handovers

, and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner. Ensure all project activities comply with

Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)

regulations and company policies. Support in

submitting permit-to-work (PTW)

, security clearance, and other necessary documentation. Prepare post-project reports and conduct

project closure reviews

with relevant departments.

REQUIREMENTS



Diploma or Degree in

Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field

. 1-3 years of project coordination or execution experience, preferably in the

security systems or M&E industry

. Knowledge of

CCTV, intercoms, alarms, and access control systems

is a strong advantage. Good understanding of

Singapore regulations

and approval processes (e.g., BCA, SCDF, MCST procedures). Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Trello). Excellent

communication and coordination skills

. Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle on-site challenges. Valid Class 3/3A driver's license for site visits and travel.

Location:

Singapore, Near Paya Lebar MRT Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Occasional overtime may be required.
