DESIGNATION : Project Executive, ICT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, document preparation/filing, records management, etc.
- Support the internal teams on procurement matters, and collaborate with Procurement Department to collate and ensure proper documentation within the purchase requisition
- Engage Finance Department on all expenses and financial matters such as expense claims, processing of invoices, payments, etc.
- Support operating routines including coordinating monthly/quarterly department meetings, collation of management reports etc.
- Collaborate with other project managers and project executive on any other office initiatives.
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in computer science of related studies (Preferred)
OTHER INFORMATION
- Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT management level in similar sized structure and business, hands on experience and technical knowledge of applications and communications infrastructure.
- An added advantage for those familiar with PMP.
