Responsibilities
- Support project team in execution and coordination for all tasks in relation to renovation projects, as assigned.
- Assist to liaise with vendors/contractors, designers and consultants.
- Support project team in managing vendors and suppliers by following up on tasks, managing project schedules and communicating expected deliverables.
- Assist to track and report on site progress.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong initiative skills, dynamism, and resourcefulness
- Possess strong communication skill
- Able to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Taking on bigger projects as part of job progression
- Be part of the dynamic creative culture
- 2-3 years of project management and/or related experience
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients, vendors and contractors
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent
