The Job Responsible for overall implementation and completion of construction/renovation projects within scheduled cost, time, and quality Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant Authorities, Landlord, Owner, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of projects Prepare, review and submit all detailed programs, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans Monitor timeline and progress of construction activities Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day to day operations Prepare and submit quotations, tender bids and contracts.Requirements Minimum Diploma qualification in any field At least 3 years' experience in managing commercial,retail & housing projects Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual Strong organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active and result-oriented individuals with a proven record in the building industry Able to work in fast paced environment & long working hours Must able to lead the project team Possess class 3 driving licence and owns a car Candidates with more experience can be considered for Project Manager Working at night or Sunday may be required for commercial project
