• Execute administrative tasks to facilitate timely and accurate payouts for CPF members. This encompasses processing applications and transactions, as well as engaging with members via calls and correspondence to address inquiries and concerns regarding their payouts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the section managers in initiatives aimed at improving processes and services to ensure the successful realization of retirement decumulation objectives which includes providing support for user acceptance testing of new or enhanced systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively identify and communicate potential areas for process improvement to supervisors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in the review and implementation of process enhancements where applicable to optimise workflow and service delivery.

What we are looking for:

• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in administration or operations function. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to comprehend and internalise procedural guidelines and their underlying rationale. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to connect operational tasks to broader departmental and organisational objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with work improvement methodologies such as UiPath and Lean Six Sigma is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and responsible approach with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities within a dynamic work environment.
