Project Executive

(Retail & Commercial Interior Projects)

Full-time | 5-Day Work Week | Immediate Start Preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a

Project Executive

with proven experience in managing and delivering high-quality retail and commercial interior projects. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure each project meets its objectives in design, quality, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery Serve as the main point of contact for clients - managing expectations, communications, and overall satisfaction Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Coordinate with in-house designers, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers Review, interpret, and manage design drawings and technical documentation Ensure projects are executed to meet brand standards, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations Prepare and manage project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports Lead site meetings, track work progress, and resolve any on-site issues promptly Manage procurement and material schedules in alignment with project timelines Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Requirements:

2-3+

years of relevant experience in project or construction management, preferably within interior fit-out for retail/commercial spaces Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent client management and communication abilities Proficient in project scheduling, budget control, and risk management Good technical knowledge of interior design documentation and construction processes Proficient in MS Office Suite; working knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Immediate availability or short notice is a plus
