Job Description

Responsible for the daily activities of the Operations Department.

Job Function

1. Project Management


Attend site meetings / handover Perform site measurements & take off measurement from plans/drawings Survey job sites before installation Monitor on-going projects Inspect job site upon completion of project Ensure safe practices at job sites


2. Management of Sub-Contractors (Installers)


Brief Installers on job speci?cations Monitor & supervise Installers, ensuring that job is completed according to speci?cations and safety standards Monitor wastage level & evaluate Installers' performance regularly Investigate all negative feedback on Installers Certify invoices and job done by Installers meet requirements and quality standards


3. Customer Satisfaction


Attend to complaints & feedback on installation by Customers Resolve all site problems with Installers & Sales Staff. Collate market feedback on Installation and products


4. Undertake improvement initiatives related to main job functions





5. Attend to other duties as may be assigned.
