Job Responsibilities:

Able to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with objectives, timelines, and budgets. Ability to coordinate several projects at once, while analysing and resolving specific problems. Liaise and coordinate closely with external clients, contractors and suppliers as well as internal parties to oversee and ensure timely job completion. Prepare and submit supporting documentation for client's approval pertaining to the projects. Work closely with client site operations coordinators to ensure requirements at customer site are compiled and seek clarifications if needed. Arrange for SIC orientation and any other focus trainings for relevant personnel. Follow up with customer email communication and provide periodic updates on any follow up actions required. Participate in customer meetings (on-site and online when required) and provide updates to the Sales PIC for any actions required. Prepare delivery orders or any VO quotations relating to the projects. Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Min. 2 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge in Project management will be an advantage. Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines. Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Works well both independently and as a team. Willing to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and organised. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
