Responsibilities

Liaise and coordinate with contractors and vendors for on-site works, ensuring timely completion according to project schedule. Monitor and track progress of all deliverables across various project stages. Conduct site inspections, recommending improvements to schedules and processes where necessary. Oversee quality checks and safety assessments, providing feedback on compliance and addressing irregularities. Prepare project status reports and update management through meetings and communication platforms. Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify repair and maintenance needs, proposing practical solutions. Work closely with Operations to ensure projects, repairs, and maintenance are completed within approved budget and timeline. Participate in the selection and appointment of contractors/vendors, assisting in negotiations of service terms and conditions. Support daily repair and maintenance activities for the Operations team.

Requirements

Minimum NITEC qualification. At least 3 years of relevant working experience (experience in restaurant renovation project management is an advantage). Strong knowledge of construction, M&E works, procurement, and project-related activities such as design. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Independent, resourceful, and results-driven. * Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
