Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Liaise with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their expectations are met. Work with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with contract specifications and design plans. Manage procurement of materials, fixtures, and equipment. Develop and implement solutions to address any issues identified during inspections. Communicate technical aspects of the work to all stakeholders and ensure project objectives are met. Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

Job Requirements

WSQ/Diploma/Degree in interior design, construction management, or related field. At least 3-4 years of Commercial/Retail/F&B, Interior fit-out experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
