Assist the Assistant Project Manager in planning and managing project timelines, delivery of materials & resources.
Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain and prepare accurate and up-to-date project documentation, reports & progress updates.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proposing corrective actions.
To be on site execution, supervision, coordination & general project management including attending meetings.
Submission of drawings for customer approvals.
Risk assessment and method statement submission.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures & client requirements.
Any other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering -Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
* Possess own transport will be an advantage.
