Job Duties

Coordinate and communicate with various internal and external parties to ensure successful project execution. Create and process SAP sales orders, coordinating all stages through to billing completion. Provide project support through tools such as Google Calendar, Hubble, and Bill of Materials (BOM). Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely project deliveries. Maintain and update records for drawing revisions and project documentation. Manage customer inquiries and provide follow-up support on sales activities. Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong multitasking abilities and capable of working effectively under tight deadlines. Highly organised, meticulous, and results-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications. Basic knowledge of SAP, accounting, or electrical systems will be an added advantage. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Able to commence work on short notice. Singaporeans only.
