Job Description
Responsibility
Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects. Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods Ensure all maintenance & repair works are executed reliably and efficiently with minimum downtime. Ensure cleanliness of site Attend to client needs and requests. Night work required Review & monitor all maintenance department report
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
