Job Description

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion & vision for product education and digital advertising; exhibit excellent skills of stakeholders communication, project management, problem solving and analyzing skills.

:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive internal product education program content creation (not limited to content briefing, content creation support, filming process support, quality control).
• Build and manage multiple programs in the Learning Management System (LMS), including video content configuration, quizzes management and learners\' management, etc.
• Analyze program performance, track learners\' progresses and share reports & insights with various stakeholders to drive program adoption, activation and CSAT rating.
• Maintain regular and effective communication, engagement with key stakeholders to ensure project timeline and quality goals are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent with minimum 2 years of education product or project management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile to get task complete.
• Experience of producing robust, credible business cases for operational change.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze data.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
