We're Hiring!Project In-Charge ( Makati And Manila Project )JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:
Ensures assigned projects are accurately completed within schedule and budget according to
project specifications.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plans manpower loading and necessary materials, tools, and equipment based on project
requirements.
2. Ensures the progress of project accomplishment conforms with efficient use of manpower,
materials, tools and equipment within timelines.
3. Ensures compliance to industry code as well as health, safety and environmental standards.
4. Manages site teams in implementing timely, quality, accurate and complete general
construction works in the project based on company standards.
5. Resolves project disputes.
6. Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and
priorities of the organization.
7. Prepares and ensures consolidated documents are timely, quality, accurate and complete
reports are submitted.
8. Maintains organized files and related documents.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Registered Architect/Civil Engineer with minimum of 5 years experience in supervising general construction projects.
2. Preferably with BOSH and COSH training
3. Able to make tactical results-driven decisions.
4. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
5. Possesses the ability towards collaborative communications across multi-functional teams.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 9 monthsSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PRC License (Required)
