Position Type: Project Intern, CoE Programme Governance Support

Period: 6 months

Overview of the Cybersecurity CoE Team

The Cybersecurity CoE team was created to establish and manage the Programme and Governance framework as well as Culture and Change capability within Cybersecurity.

Core functions within the Programme and Governance Book of Work:

• Cybersecurity Programme Management
• Governance Framework
• Consolidated Metrics and Reporting
• Monitoring and Reporting
• Contractual and Regulatory Compliance
• Financials, Budget and Procurement

Core functions within the Culture and Change:

• Change Management
• Communications
• Cybersecurity Forums
• Ecosystem/Business Liaison
• Cybersecurity Awareness
• Internal Engagement Activities
• TPC Engagement
• Cybersecurity Training

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collate, monitor, and track Programme and Project Milestones, RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues & Dependencies) Registers, and Dependency Mapping
• Collate and prepare Weekly status reports for Leadership Meetings
• Collate and prepare Monthly SMC (Cyber) status reports
• Collate and prepare adhoc reports as required for Temasek stakeholders
• Ensure all relevant artefacts are managed and stored as per governance standards
• Maintain required governance for programmes and projects
• Taking meeting minutes and capturing actions and following up actions post meetings
• Provide support for communications and engagement activities

Qualifications/Capabilities:

• Pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma majoring in Communications, Business Management, Arts, and/or related majors
• Attention to detail and driven to ensure quality
• Detail oriented, logical, and analytical
• Able to analyze situations and to create structure out of ambiguity
• Ability to work under pressure in an often ambiguous fast-paced environment while providing quality output
• Able to operate flexibly often under extreme time pressure
• A self-motivated / self-starter who can work independently as part of a team with minimal supervision
