Our team is young and the structure is lean, but we promise that you will find a rewarding time here and that there will never be a boring day!The Intern will be assigned to a Project Manager to assist him/her in project planning, client servicing, onsite execution and post event support. He/she will have to manage both project management and basic office administration roles. The main responsibilities as follows:Project Management:

• Assist Project manager in the planning and execution of events, including but not limited to event conceptualization, production planning & coordination, registration management, console management, manpower management, print and fabrication planning and coordination
• Proposal drafting, sourcing and research
• Vendor/suppliers and venue sourcing, selection and coordination
• Onsite setup & tear down coordination
• Participation at events, multiple roles to rotate and learn
• Receive 2 - 3months training, and mainly assist, subsequent months to be assigned to fully coordinate small scale events/pitches, subject to individual learning progress

Administrative:

• Registration list management
• Participation in internal meetings for both event operations and brainstorming for new pitches
• License and paperwork application and coordination
