• Assist in execution of events & exhibitions and other logistics arrangement on site
• Liaise and coordinate with Vendors, Sub-contractors on all project requirements or build up/tear down of the event
• Assist client's requirements and needs on site
• Source for materials as per project requirements
• To provide administrative support to a project team
• To undertake assignments on site and any other task assigned from time to time
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Candidate must prosses tertiary qualifications
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply / at least 1 year of working experience
• Good working attitude and can work independently
• Good multi-tasking abilities and has a meticulous eye for detail
• Service oriented with good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens
• Attractive remuneration will commensurate with relevant experience and then offered to suitable candidates.
