We are looking for a

Project Lead

to manage high-impact corporate events end to end. From pre-event pitches to execution, you'll own the project delivery while working closely with our Account Managers and Creative team.


This is a client-facing, hands-on role. You must be able to plan with precision, manage multiple vendors, and lead onsite execution with zero compromises on quality.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Account Managers in pre-event stages to build proposals, budgets, and presentations. Lead project planning: timelines, rundowns, production schedules, risk management. Liaise directly with clients on requirements, expectations, and approvals. Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and coordination (venues, AV, decor, catering, etc.). Oversee internal team deliverables across creative, operations, and logistics. Drive onsite execution: ensure smooth registration, program flow, performances, and show quality. Track project budgets and maintain cost discipline. Ensure all events meet creative, operational, and client standards.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Events, Business, Marketing, or related field. At least 6-8 years' experience in corporate events/project management. Strong track record of managing medium to large-scale events end to end. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Strong organisational ability with attention to detail. Able to lead multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Google Suite; knowledge of Asana or similar tools is a plus. Willing to work evenings/weekends when required for events.
