Position Summary
Key person in charge of main system. Additional requirement for understanding of supply chain
Role and Responsibilities
1. RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1) Develop and Execute Innovation Projects
- Discover gaps in current processes and develop business cases to justify improvement projects
- Monitor all projects and ensure achievement of objectives
1.2) Execute HQ/RHQ-driven projects
- Involved in driving HQ or RHQ driven projects in the subsidiary
- Drive / Maintain system issue business encountered
- Study the new process/system of HQ/RHQ projects and conduct training to subsidiary users
- Regular reports to stakeholders on project progress including potential issues
1.3) Internal Communication
- Prepare all relevant project documents and reports to internal stakeholders for regular updates
2. KPIs
- Business impact of project (either monetary or non-monetary impact)
- Achievement of project (target vs actual)
- Client satisfaction with projects (internal client or external client)
Skills and Qualifications
- Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
- Typical entry point for university graduates
