Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide renovation and constructions project co-ordination and support for our travel retail operations based in Singapore under 1 year contract basis subject to renewal or conversion to permanent role based on performances and company\'s business requirements.
s:
- Ensure proper planning and execution of projects to meet or exceed performance indicators in term of quality and timeframe
- Ensure project complies with safety policies, rules and regulations; redesigning work flow and processes if necessary to mitigate safety risks
- Main point of contact and liaison between project teams from local and HQ in South Korea, contractor\'s representatives, consultants and relevant authorities
- Review resources requirements and direct allocation of available resources to various phases of the projects
- Manage budget and ensures it achieves within or below budget
- Implement effective contract and claim management to increase the contractual margin and protect Company against liability claims
- Able to formulate awards strategy independently
- Lead tender process and provide technical inputs to secure new jobs
- Maintain and update records, contracts and agreements with third parties
- Assist on any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline
- 2 years relevant or similar projetc management experience preferred
- Able to translate between Korean / English language with HQ South Korea Project team effectively
- Have working experience in A&A, R&R and Structural Steel
- Have experience in liaising with Town Council / Fire Safety Department / BCA / URA / CAAS / CAG etc
- Possess good communication and organizing skills
- Hands-on person and able to work independently
- Proficient in computer skills such as Autocad / Microsoft Project / Word / Powerpoint / Excel etc
