Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with upper management to develop strategic program and to exert strategic influence to ensure project alignment with the company\'s objectives
- Define project scope, objectives, project budget, schedule and technical requirements from strategic plans
- Responsible for the smooth running of projects by tracking progress and updating management on status, budgets, irregularities and risks timely
- Ability to manage organization\'s operation costing against project budget and expenses to attain revenue realization
- Business Partnering focus with customers and the ability to: detect unstated assumptions, resolve conflicts and handle complex management issues
- Supervising the performance of both internal and external service providers within programs and projects
- Capability to conduct assessments for scalability, interoperability, and portability
- Create comprehensive project documentation such as training guides, quality assurance guidelines and project reports
- Presenting data and updates to Senior Management on projects\' performance
- Minimum diploma in relevant disciplines or equivalent
- Good to have Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience in overseeing projects from scratch
