Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform Product Management function covering product planning, life cycles, phase in/out and inventory management.
• Drive product sales growth by working closely with leaders to promote and align Company Sales Strategy
• Creation and management of New Product Launch Plan
• Perform market research and competitive / trend analysis, monitor fit-rate and recommend strategies.
• Execute effective full year marketing programs for assigned products to increase brand awareness by review marketing material, conduct facebook live and training.
• Ensure most effective promotion/ distribution
• Support all activities related to corporate events; include, Annual Convention, Leadership School, Product Seminars and etc
• Provide weekly/monthly sales report to management for progressive analysis
• Analyse trend and recommend counteractions

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Business/Marketing and professional Certificates in Makeup Artistry is preferred
• Knowledge in skin composition and personal care industry will be advantage
• 2 years of working experience; preferable in direct selling companies
• Good initiative, hardworking and coachable
• Strong following up skill and
• Great interpersonal skills
• Mature, well-groomed, well-organized and self-initiated team player with business awareness
• Independent and resourceful with good organizational skills
• Excellent command in communication and writing
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, especially in MS PowerPoint applications etc.
• Must be internet savy
• Off-site training and non-office hour work may be required occasionally
• Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
