Responsibilities:

• Support multiple IT projects in various stages.
• Manage stakeholder\'s requirements and project scope.
• Assist and work with the various departments and vendors to define, document, and manage project execution, deliverables, scopes, and schedules.
• Work with IT Operations team for project handover after project implementation.
• Perform product/services sourcing and conduct technical evaluations for products/services.
• Deliver timely and quality outputs based on defined processes and deliverables.
• Provide regular and accurate project updates.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 2 years in IT and project-related working experience.
• Experience in working with 3rd party service providers and IT Operations is a plus point.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.
• Good organisation skills and time management skills.
