Responsibilities

It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating meetings, identifying and resolving issues, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies. The role also involves continuous evaluation and improvement of processes, tools, and techniques. The role also promotes professional growth and development through guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
Requirements
The job requires a degree, 8+ years of project management experience, strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent leadership, organizational skills, communication, risk analysis, proficiency in project management software, Agile methodologies, experience in software development projects, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and certifications in PMP or similar programs would be preferred. Experience in cross-functional teams, effective communication, and risk analysis are also required.
