Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Market Strategy & Expansion:

Lead market entry strategies for Pakistan, including competitor analysis, regulatory compliance, and partnership development.

Plan and deliver IT projects

(system setup, SaaS rollout, network deployment) in Pakistan on time and within budget.

Client Relationship Management:

Build C-level relationships with key clients in Pakistan.

Stakeholder & Risk Management:

Coordinate with Pakistan government agencies, vendors, and internal teams (Engineering/ Legal).

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with Product and Legal teams to localize solutions for Pakistan regulatory requirements.


Requirements



Education

:Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience

:

5+ years of IT project experience

; PMP preferred but not mandatory.

Business-Level Chinese and English

,

Urdu preferred.

Behavioral Competencies:

Crisis management - Ability to resolve

cross-cultural conflicts.

* Willing to travel inside the country when needed.
