Oversee overall project planning, schedule control, and resource coordination to ensure on-time, quality delivery. Assist with work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged on the project Act as the primary liaison?attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule. Lead cross-functional teams (design, construction, procurement, etc.), delegate tasks, and monitor performance. Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements. ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project. Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight. Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes. Oversee project handover, complete documentation, and conduct post-project reviews.
Job Requirement


Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in channel and coast engineering. At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Minimum 5 Years of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Manager in the engineering industry, with proven ability to manage projects through all phases. Working experience in main-con company is a must. Candidate must specialized in various channel and coast project experience. Candidate should be also well-experienced and participate in project tender section. * Monday - Saturday, work location: east
