The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

The Shopee Regional logistics team is committed to providing Shopee's users with the best possible e-commerce logistics experience in the most cost-effective way.

We're in search of dynamic and highly motivated talents to join our Shopee SPX's Project Management Office, In this team, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our logistics processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role presents an excellent opportunity for ambitious talents to deepen their problem-solving abilities by tackling some of the most complex challenges in the e-commerce industry and flex their analytical skills in a fast-paced, data-driven working setting. Conduct thorough analyses and deep dives into issues to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement &/or problem solving for the business Evaluate options for improvement initiatives both quantitatively and qualitatively, utilising sound data and business logic Design detailed implementation plans, including timelines, associated costs, and stakeholders involved Proactively project-manage progress across multiple teams including Product, Local and Regional teams, ensuring timely completion of milestones and escalations when necessary Display a hands-on approach to project management, actively engaging in ground operations to implement improvements and address challenges creatively Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to stakeholders and team members effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful implementation of initiatives Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to optimise outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred, preferably with an analytical component Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting is advantageous Demonstrate a deep curiosity and passion for solving problems, coupled with a relentless drive to develop innovative solutions and create impact Showcase strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand perspectives from various stakeholders and collaboratively find solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effectively conveying project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels Embrace a collaborative mindset and excel in team-oriented environments, fostering effective communication and cooperation among team members to achieve project goals Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the project management process, ensuring accuracy and precision in planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives * Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in navigating through dynamic project environments, adept at adjusting strategies and approaches to overcome unexpected obstacles and achieve project objectives
