We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead signage projects from planning to installation. You'll work closely with clients, designers, production teams, and installers to ensure every project is delivered smoothly, on time, and with quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project workflow: design development, fabrication, and installation
Communicate with clients to confirm requirements, schedules, and deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, procurement, installation)
Conduct on-site measurements and assess installation conditions
Prepare project timelines, budget estimates, and progress updates
Supervise fabrication and site works to maintain quality and safety standards
Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure punctual and accurate delivery
Resolve site issues quickly and professionally
Ensure compliance with local regulations and workplace safety practices
Track project expenses and maintain profitability
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
Language:
Fluent in English & Chinese
3-5 years experience in signage, interior fit-out, or construction project management
Strong knowledge of signage materials, production processes, and installation methods
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to handle multiple ongoing projects and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CAD tools
* Class 3 license is an advantage
