Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in BMS, PMS, and Security systems to join our integrated project team for the construction of our new datacenter. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and integration of BMS, PMS, and Security systems to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our facility.Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all BMS, PMS, and Security-related activities within the datacenter construction project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS, PMS, and Security systems with overall project objectives and timelines.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for BMS, PMS, and Security installations.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to review BMS, PMS, and Security designs, specifications, and drawings.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS, PMS, and Security systems, including access control, surveillance, fire detection, and HVAC controls.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards governing BMS, PMS, and Security work.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on BMS, PMS, and Security systems in large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing BMS, PMS, and Security installations in datacenter or similar complex projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS, PMS, and Security systems, including design principles, equipment selection, and integration practices.
• Experience in managing contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for BMS, PMS, and Security installations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
