• Business operation: Finance module

• IT system: Navision(current) and D365(future), also peripheral systems and interfaces are included.

2) Management:

• Organizing Business requirements: List up requirements from the viewpoint Of daily operations, legal requirements including future situation, and prioritize those items with project members

• Organizing Business transition: coordinate with IT vendors, support the transition design, promote the transition tasks, and implementing quality management

• Lead to implement Standard process (Global Template) to target companies

• Risk control: check risks, prepare countermeasures and contact and consider making the situation better with key persons

• UAT: create UAT lists, explain the contents of those to users and lead the LIAT and complete the LIAT phase

• Training: overall implementation of user training, including preparation and promotion

• Skill transfer: after the go-live, create documents, share those with target companies and IT vendor

3) Operations:

• WBS: create and maintain the list with IT vendors

• To Do & Issue list: create and maintain the list, monitoring the status of each task with IT vendors

• Meetings: set up and facilitate meetings and create meeting minutes

• Report: report to supervisors the project status and forecasts periodically in each communication channel, including budgeting and workloads

• Available to overseas business trip if project required
