5.5 days West Industry: Construction - ACMV (Mechanical) Basic up to $8k

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage

ACMV construction projects

, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications and schedules are met. Review technical drawings, specifications, and site progress to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements. Plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials. Oversee procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on timelines, budgets, and risk issues. Resolve technical and site issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all works comply with

safety regulations

, environmental standards, and company policies.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. At least

5 years of experience

in project management, with a focus on

ACMV systems

in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, VRV/VRF systems, and mechanical installations. Excellent leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors. Familiarity with

local building codes

, statutory regulations, and safety standards. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
