: The job holder shall be responsible for project management activities as to ensure that projects are delivered on time, in quality and within budget, in accordance to contract requir : The job holder shall be responsible for project management activities as to ensure that projects are delivered on time, in quality and within budget, in accordance to contract requirements. The Project Manager shall also be responsible to support and coordinate system design and product qualification during project implementation stage, as required. Upon completion of project, the PM shall be the focal point of customers in responding to any technical incidents arising during warranty periods and subsequent maintenance periods. In addition, the PM shall be the focal point of our VAR, responsible for the delivery and service arrangement for order/ contracts from them. Moreover, the PM shall work closely with sales to prepare service quotation for project roll out and maintenance service provision. Job Responsibilities: Project Management Create and manage project plans Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress Align project objectives with Company goals and make sure project team is clear on the objectives Deliver and install technology solutions with accountability on cost, quality and revenue Support project team with the design and development tasks Lead process of issue identification and resolutions Manage risk tracking process and safety issues Manage all documentations Foster partnership with customers/ stakeholders/ sponsors VAR Support Support delivery and service arrangements for orders/ contracts from VAR Support VAR for technical delivery Sales support for service quotation preparation Requirements: Degree in IT/ Computer Engineering related field 8 years of working experiences in telecommunications/ IT related field Strong experiences in project management and customer relationship management Knowledge on global platform cloud architecture, IP security, hardware initialization (switches, routers, firewalls, servers) and hosting (virtual machines, physical machines, OS stacks and services) Experiences working with South East Asia customers would be an added advantage
