We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team to work on a state-of-the art, next generation National Digital Identity platform that will profoundly transform the lives of citizens by leading the investigation and resolution of complex fraud incidents in a timely and effective manner. What you will be working on:
Plan and coordinate the development of the business cases and new initiatives to combat cybercrime, ensuring that projects are executed to meet identified business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.
Handle and timely execute the procurement of digital systems.
Identify potential project risks and the implications to the organisation and recommend mitigating measures.
Actively engage and motivate various key partners to deliver and effect positive change in our digital products.
Collaborate with internal partners, such as the risk management and customer service teams, to gather information and coordinate resolution efforts.
Communicate with external partners, such as law enforcement, financial institutions, and third-party vendors, to share information and coordinate investigations.
Work with a team of developers, engineering, business analysts and project managers in the effective delivery of ICT application services from project conceptualisation through to operations, to enhance fraud prevention efforts
Proactively engage stakeholders and partners so as to influence the alignment of strategies and directions, manage expectations and achieve customer satisfaction
Prepare detailed reports of fraud investigations, including recommendations for future prevention measures.
Manage multiple vendors that provide the necessary services to support our IT infrastructure and application in accordance to the contractual terms and deliveries.
Provide subject-matter expertise related to the product features for end-user related services, issues and solutions.
Explore new solutions and technologies, integrate learning and recommendations for continual improvement to achieve operation excellence.
Manages incident and maintenance communications to relying parties and agencies.
Conduct reviews on documentations regarding the product management and anti-fraud operations control to ensure documentations are updated.
Analyse feedback from users and service consumers on product features to improve product features and service journeys
What we are looking for:
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant ICT experience, including minimum 4 years\' experience in leading ICT application projects and managing project teams preferably in anti-fraud industry or relevant experience.
Strong vendor management and interpersonal ability.
Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
An adaptable and enterprising personality, with willingness to pick new knowledge and take thoughtful risks.
Be motivated by innovation to achieve tangible business outcomes.
Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners.
Passionate about developing products and experiences with deep customer empathy.
Proven track record in working with cross-functional teams including external vendors and internal key stakeholders (auditors, security, product and engineering teams), to facilitate and coordinate activities and communications.
Technical skills and proven experience in Agile project management, public cloud, REST API technology, anti-fraud operation framework will be a plus.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
